Depends on setup for most of generic servers they're good, GC will be in fact hitting less, but for huge setups that can lag like large factions or creative servers consider going above 12G and tune properly (talking about 150+ players).
AMD CPUs will work better with faster memory, 3600 Mhz would be good if u can afford that, also long term Toshiba drives are not the best bet... WD Blue would be better, tho... with such setup it's kinda sad not to go for SSD, M.2 SSD.
