    PebbleHost is good for the price but their CPU's can be a little dated if you look into them. They are also Re-sold OVH servers. There are places like ReliableSite and Nocix that offer Dedicated for cheap but the hardware is very dated. I can recommend no VPS host really they are all just resold...
