    Agreed. Everyone has their own ways of working, and their own methods of completing things. However as long as you use programming conventions, people really shouldn't be compared because people do things differently all the time.

    Yeah I agree, I've hired Mat for a job, and he hasn't replied to us pretty much since the first time we paid him, and we've been wanting him to put the test of the product on our server but hasn't really replied to that or actually done it, so I have no idea if he's actually working or we paid...
