My name is Justin Phillips, and I am the Founder and CEO of Blacktop Network, Blacktop Communities, and Blacktop Hosting. I am dedicated to building strong online communities, reliable hosting solutions, and professional gaming environments that bring people together through structure, creativity, and long-term vision.


My work focuses on creating and managing community-driven platforms across gaming, roleplay, server hosting, and digital operations. Through Blacktop Communities, I help develop organized spaces where members can connect, collaborate, participate in events, and enjoy a wide variety of games including FiveM, RedM, Arma Reforger, Farming Simulator, American Truck Simulator, Minecraft, Rust, Out of Ore, and more. My goal is to create communities that are active, welcoming, well-managed, and built for growth.


As the leader of Blacktop Hosting, I focus on providing dependable hosting services for individuals, communities, and businesses that need stable infrastructure for game servers, websites, VPS systems, bot hosting, and other digital services. I believe hosting should be reliable, straightforward, and backed by real support. My mission is to make Blacktop Hosting a trusted option for communities and server owners who need performance, communication, and consistency.


I am also the owner of Stormridge State Roleplay, where I work on building immersive roleplay experiences, structured departments, custom systems, and a professional environment for players who want more than just a basic server. I enjoy developing realistic, organized, and engaging roleplay communities with clear leadership, strong rules, and room for members to grow.


My passion comes from gaming, leadership, server development, and helping people build something bigger than themselves. I am constantly working to improve the projects I manage, expand opportunities for members and clients, and create systems that are organized, professional, and future-focused.
