    Survival is an easy choice, simple to start and easy to maintain, plus you can play with your players also. You dont have to make it fancy, can literally be a basic map, with a few basic plugins. You will get players come and go, but those who value a basic setup to explore there own survival...

    I dont think so, I have around 10 regular players that play most days of the week. We get alot of new joins too! So Im not sure its dead, I just think with school etc, most focus on school rn. Summer time is best to launch IMO.
