I've owned this domain for about a year and put some satirical shit up on it insulting Discord's devs for being furries at multiple points. No legal emails have been sent yet, I haven't had swarms of lawyers around me, etc etc. You can whois it if you'd like to check how long I've owned it for...- creatability
