    Does it even matter? It's an extremely simple addition to add. Just check the User Agent string. Obviously, it can be faked, but, it's not mission critical, so it doesn't need to be 100% accurate.

    On the navigation bar, the text shouldn't move on hover. Either add a bottom border about 3-5px below the text that is 50% of the width of the button on hover OR darken the background of the button slightly.
