    However if you tried it on a bot account it hit that ratelimit way faster. User accounts have way more loose ratelimits that can be abused to infinity. Discord is basically offering people a user client that abuses their API.

    Sorry to break it down to you but HTML and CSS are not programming languages. HTML is Hypertext Markup Language and CSS is Cascading Style Sheets (basically meaning it decorates HTML).
