2 days ago, I opened a new server ZOMGANG. It's going pretty good. I already have a steady player base of around 5 people. (good for 2 days :p )
but I only have survival atm. I'm working on Prison now but there are still a lot of things that need to be done on the survival...
I'f people think I'm exaggerating:
I've posted the support ticket on Monday 2pm, it's now thursday 10am, that's almost 72 hours to reply to a support ticket ! Just to add a dedicated IP ?
Than I get a response that he can't help and that he needs to send the ticket to LVL2 support. LIKE WHAT...

I am in need of a responsive minecraft server host (with decent pricing).
I am fed up with big hostings like shockbyte, where i have to wait freaking 70 hours for a respons on a support ticket.
So i'm looking for a response time of MAX 12 hours if I have a problem. Pricing not more than...
Very good hosting but the support time on tickets is redicilous.
I don't get this at all! You order a server and there is the option for a 'dedicated ip' with some extra cost (understandable). So with my server order I also choose the dedicated ip. Why does it not come with it from the start...
