I work by the following terms of service for all client work:
- A 50% down payment will be requested through a PayPal invoice
- For any payment request greater than (or equal to) the value of $100 USD I reserve the right to add the PayPal transaction fee (or a portion of it) to the payment request
- You are not allowed to claim any work as your own
- You are not allowed to edit the source code any work of mine without my permission
- If you would like resell rights on work, contact me and we can arrange a price for right
- You can purchase source code to any of my public plugins or any commissions (we can negotiate a price - or if the commission is of a certain size - this will remain at my discretion)
- Any time frame given is to be used as an estimate only, final completion time are subject to change under a number of conditions (including but not limited to: last minute call-ins to work, sickness, computer issues, bugs within the plugin)
- A development server can be provided to you to show you work (you will only gain access to join the server, NOT the panel)
- A private GitHub repository can be created for your project if you purchase source code (as per above - if the project qualifies for free source code, you will be given access to a private GitHub repository when it is created)
- Refunds are to be organised through me (I will simple refund your original payment transaction, I WILL NOT send money to a different account unless sufficient evidence is shown that your old account has been closed or is permanently unacceptable)
