    Try some server list sites, they actually got my server the boost it needed to start growing.     I'd recommend PebbleHost, I've been with them for a long time and they are really cheap and offer great support on their Discord, would highly recommend you went with them.

    What counts as a violated EULA shop?

    How I would put it; Selling something that gives you an in-game advantage is against the EULA agreement. That is probably the simplest way to put it. There are also other things but that is practically the main thing. You can just read through it on Minecraft's website somewhere, just search for it.
