I googled "legality of parody shirts" and the replies from actual lawyers all seem to say the same thing: "Each fair-use case has to be decided individually."
It's not like you're just making bootleg shirts, you're making a parody shirt, which in many cases is protected under "fair use".
Yeah, that's my harddrive (for backups)
My main drive (SSD) is only 8TB - was $1.6k though LOL
But yeah, I have a lot of data which I index so I need a lot of fast storage, hence the OP SSD + RAM
Recently, MCM made a good step in the right direction by enforcing strict policies against resource leakers and those affiliated. However, in the eyes of many, it was a half-baked effort knowing that this site thrives on violating PayPal's ToS due to many users using it while still underage. I...
EXACTLY!
All they can do is stop the term "Minecraft" (and other terms they trademarked) from being used in any official part of the site as well as images of the logo, as they are both trademarked/copyrighted. And I am not speaking out of my ass when I say this, but rather I know of actual...
I love this the most:
"Banning the Sale of Minecraft Accounts" - 155 disagree, 95 agree - Pending
https://www.mc-market.org/threads/534800/
The argument is that it's to be "consistent" and "enforce company ToS'"
"Delete all 16 subforums breaking other sites TOS'" - 20 agree, 10 disagree -...

One question I typically ask someone wanting to buy from me (whom I don't know) is "Have you done any deals on MCM?" and I check their rep, etc. If I see that they have used PayPal in the past for decent amounts and all went well, I...
It's basically nothing
The minimum amount I usually take for a sale is $50-$100, anything less usually isn't worth my time doing a deal over.
I don't give out money to people randomly no matter how small the amount is. I understand that part of having money is not spending/wasting it.
Woah, I saw this early this morning and this is surreal. Who knew I had interacted with this guy before!
Apparently during the time I handled scam reports, I handled his, but he was banned by a different moderator at the time who caught him for ban evading - which interestingly I had banned...
The rep system wasn't added until 2016, but then it was removed/wiped because of abuse, then re-added the same year.
Personally I stopped caring about the mcm rep system when opinions were mixed in with monetary deals and when old rep / banned user rep got removed, just because Justis wanted it...
To elaborate: Verringer created this forum and later sold it to Mick in 2015 who was a moderator at the time. Sometime around this time, Verringer also had his account deleted, but later came back and made a new Verringer account.
