Passionate And Experienced Staff Member​

I am a dedicated and experienced Minecraft staff member with a proven track record across multiple prominent servers. My journey began in 2015 with HiveMC during its Java server peak, where I briefly contributed as staff before stepping away to focus on school. Since then, I've worked for Cobble.gg, addressing staff challenges and server instabilities, and most notably for ValaticSMP, where I thrived as a core part of their team for close to a year .

At ValaticSMP, I quickly rose through the ranks, skipping the Helper position entirely due to exceptional performance and dedication. Within 20 days of joining, I was promoted from Trainee to Junior Moderator, and shortly after, to full Moderator. My leadership skills were further recognized when I was promoted to Trainee Lead, a role that entrusted me with training and mentoring new staff members. My responsibilities extended far beyond the usual moderation duties. I managed payment disputes, resolved voided and delayed item issues, provided Discord support, and actively moderated in-game chat while patrolling for issues. I worked closely with tools like CoreProtect, Vanish, and Vulcan (a paid anti-cheat system) to maintain server integrity. I was also deeply involved in staff operations, from interviewing Trainees to collaborating with the event developer on testing features, providing feedback, and brainstorming innovative ideas.

My commitment left a lasting impression, as even a year after leaving, many staff members still remember and value my contributions. I continue to maintain strong connections within the Minecraft community and take pride in my ability to lead, innovate, and elevate the player experience on every server I’ve been part of.

I’m passionate about making a difference in the Minecraft space, whether through fostering a strong staff team, ensuring smooth player experiences, or driving creative projects to completion.
