The best thing you can do is learn Java first and then practice with the spigot api. It's way too easy than learn both at the same time. Also a good practice is looking at other open source plugins, you'll find better ways to do something and so on.
You really should not be reloading. It is known to cause a ton of problems and really isn't recommended. If you need to reload something, stop and start the server.
Also if your plugin doesn't load the console should print you an error.
Looks promising :p I'll change* some things but it's pretty nice. For suggestion I would let you users save their content and share with other people (sorta like codepen)
