Looking for someone to teach/guide me.
The best thing you can do is learn Java first and then practice with the spigot api. It's way too easy than learn both at the same time. Also a good practice is looking at other open source plugins, you'll find better ways to do something and so on.- Eliaseeg

Plugin Help!
You really should not be reloading. It is known to cause a ton of problems and really isn't recommended. If you need to reload something, stop and start the server. Also if your plugin doesn't load the console should print you an error.- Eliaseeg
