Ender's Terms of Service
You must consent in some form that you agree to the following terms!

Payments

1) Under no circumstance will you chargeback! A chargeback will be fought and will result in the project being abandoned. A scam report on mc-market will also be filed against you!
2) That you can send the payment f&f or g&s but if sent g&s the fee must be covered by you! [ thefeecalculator.com ]
3) When you send the payment, it will be sent to [email protected] and you must fill in the note with what commissions you are currently paying for!
4) If the payment is above $10 you can send 50% first and pay the rest before the final copy is provided otherwise you must pay 100% up front!
5) That you acknowledge you are paying $0.00 amount for the current project!

Updates / Fixes

1) That if there is an error with any plugin or configuration that I have made you will contact me first to get it fixed instead of requesting a refund!
2) That you will not redistribute any project of mine unless you have received resell rights from me! Likewise, I will never redistribute any premium plugins supplied or the setup!
3) You will receive a one month period in which I will fix errors n projects I did after that period I am not required to fix any errors that occur (This only applies to plugins/configurations that no one else has touched upon my completion)

After Payment

1) A period in which the project will be done will be provided and will be adhered to. If it isn't then you may request a refund!
2) You will be updated whenever more of the commission is completed and you will receive an estimated early completion once the commission is 50% done! You can request a daily update, but any more hounding / spamming me for more updates will not be tolerated!

If any of the above terms of service are broken, the project will be abandoned and a refund will not be provided!
