Thank you for the response, So long story short the pack im using is from another server I am running the same MC version as it.
Just confused to why when i equipped any helm it only shows a diamond helm. But if i hold it in hand or drop or even put into a item frame it shows correctly...

But when I equipped any helm it just shows helm without texture, Then if I unequipped it goes back to normal in inventory or in my hand or even on a item frame
