Well, most "reputable" developers on Spigot are retards. Same here. You'd just have to have ties with actual developers, that's how most "good" servers are created.

One that detects only like 5 cheats, yeah, lol. No good developer will make a quality AntiCheat for $500.
However, I've seen some AntiCheats go for $500,but they weren't custom made for the person they were sold to.
For his point 1 (where I used a static block to instantiate the map), it should be a static block. If I were to ever instantiate the class again, I would not wish for the map to re-instantiate as that would overwrite the current stored data.
There is a difference between "every action" and something that is only done once every few minutes by each player. Some of the data you're storing should even be tied to the UUID of the player directly rather than a player such as the player's elo.
So you admit that you have/had memory leaks...
