    From the XenForo License Agreement: TLDR: you cannot share XF core files unless your selling a license with them and that license must be over 120days old. SO basically giving someone an XenForo setup without a license is the same as what "nulled" sites do.

    update: added people above decided to switch to 1.13.2 due to extreme performance issues relating to 1.14 although this has little to no impact on how skyblock functions as villages dont exist.
