Configuration files are really not that hard to understand if properly created, and also in configs you can easily change things and revert them on the fly, I find that in game config GUI's tend to be cluttered and hard to change on the fly. Also a downside is that you cannot change anything...

Added "What can you do with the GUI" section to the main thread.
Configuration files are easier for a developer to integrate, whereas with a GUI you need to make an item for each possible customization option.
Yeah, thank's for posting. My plugin can be customized in game via GUI, which saves time and for someone who is inexperienced with YML's it offers an easier solution.
