    yeah sadly paypal is complete shit and they listen to the banks to make them happy. if he gets his bank involved ur money is gone. thats why you dont use F&F. With G&S, it has to go through a whole review process in which you can argue your case. dont give them any money they are charging back...

    lmao if you call the old one and tell them you're under 18 so you never actually agreed to their TOS all the debt goes away.. that's what happened to me after they called a fucking DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY on me over 70 bucks
