    I'm going to assume that the genre for the plugins are revolved around hardcore factions, but I'm curious to know what are the payment ranges for each of the things you're looking for.

    Better Hit and Pot Registration and Knockback

    If you want custom knockback and hit detection, it would be better (and much easier) to fork Spigot's source and have a developer directly modify it for you.
