    I'll try to test it out on my testing server, and see if I can figure this out Do you have the plugin Vault? and is the version of your server greater than 1.3.2?

    I suggest you don't buy or get a custom plugin this has been the Faction plugin that all the big servers use. But if you really just have to have a custom plugin for something that is already made by all means. Link again: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/factions/files/51-1-6-9-4/
