ItsHoney I have not. From what I know from Paper dev docs it is more than capable but I need someone who can figure out why it does not work and what is causing the lag.

Server is running 6 cores and 16gb of ram but presently has TPS of 19.83 with 13 people on.
Paying customer...Not asking for freebies.
I am starting a factions server and found that Animated Names plugin on 1.8.8 did not hide nametags when the player was invis. I was told 1.9.4 would fix this but it did not.
Does anyone know of a way to correct this? Or a plugin?
