I build on a server with about 5 other builders that are pretty active in selling stuff on the mcm and i see the spawns they sell in-game and they tell me how much they go for :P -

"Extremely over priced" I beg to differ I have seen tiny spawns built in 1 day sell for $40* This is quite the opposite of tiny you could pretty much sell anything for $25* for a guaranteed sell tbh... -
