After this I am done, but just trying to save the community for this guy, but the database has been previously leaked (IPs and all) by their developer. The demoted this developer and then gave him developer back after so that just makes things worse reputation wise.

I would say because donators buy stuff and the perks are always broken and they don't receive their goods and I know this because I used to be an owner here until he scummed me and 2 others since the ownership changes daily.
I wouldn't trust this, Vista has been a known ddoser/doxer/scammer within this network and the server is mainly leaked files/cores that can be purchased online. The reputation of the server terrible and has a pretty dead community. Be aware.
