    Instead of asking for a plugin, check all the 300 other threads about this saying that this can't be done into a plugin, redirecting to iPvP's Spigot, or people selling a Spigot with it. I would go with iPvP Spigot. If you need help to compile, PM me.

    Fiona might be the best for you. If you want to try something similar to it for free, check out Daedalus, it is like Fiona but with a worse code than it and outdated checks, consider Fiona being like Daedalus but a lot better.
