1. You do not have the right(s) to sell the design(s)
2. You do not have the right(s) to give the design(s) away
3. You do not have the right(s) to claim the design(s) as your own or someone else's
4. You can request to have adjustments made, however, it is not guaranteed that I can do it. I will do it to the best of my ability though. Furthermore, updates will be given out throughout the process. However, if you are not online, I will not give you updates.
5. After I do everything you wanted me to do on the initial design, I will ask if you are happy. If you say yes, you will then have 12 hours from the moment you say yes to request any changes. However, if you ask nicely after the 12 hours, I may do changes. The changes will only be prices or to add more services, I will not change the design completely.
6. If you do not communicate with me regarding the design(s) you want, I will stop working on your design(s). That being said, if I see you are active on MCM or Discord but are not communicating with me regarding the design(s) you want for 12 hours, I will no longer work on your design.
7. Payments will be made through PayPal Friends and Family only.
8. You will not chargeback. In doing so will result in a scam report.
9. You will go first. Regardless of your reputation, you will go first.
10. I do not take any responsibility for the account after I sell it to you.
11. I do not deal on discord. (To avoid impersonators and scammers.)
12. By violating these terms, a scam report will be made against you.
13. Trashing my thread will result in a negative reputation.
