    From personal experience, I think you should use LuckPerms. LuckPerms is very similar to PermissionsEX, but 10x better. The main problem which put me off using PermissionsEx was the lag when having a large permissions file, because on my SOTW's it would cause a lot of lag.

    From personal experience, you can abuse the DigitalOcean Refferal System by reffering alternate accounts of your own, and adding a visa debit card with $1-$5 on them, to cover the authorization fee. After this, they credit your account with $100 which can only be used within a 60 day time frame...
