    $250 won't get you anywhere. You'd need at least $200 for an ok YouTuber, around $10 for a .com domain, and at least $40 for a decent machine. Assume you've done all that, you're broke now. Your developers want pay.

    If you don't have any money, how do you expect to pay for machines or advertisement? This isn't a guaranteed success, therefore you can't guarantee workers will get evenly compensated.
