Here I have an Excellent Crates Pixelmon Config that contains both crates for Legendaries and and Shiny Legendaries. Requires Pixelmon 9.1.13+
How to install:
1. Unzip File
2. Open 'plugins' folder
3. Open 'Excellent Crates folder'
4. Replace the 'crates' folder or throw both .txt contents...
