    It is doing that as the file isn't in UTF-8. If you use DeluxeChat the issue will be fixed without you having to do anything. ~ Emissions

    It may be a good idea to begin using DeluxeChat and using the vault prefix placeholder for the prefixes. Make sure you /manuadd <player> <rank> for the prefix you've set to be shown. You can add sub-groups to people with /manuaddsub <player> <rank> to give them permissions. I'm a GroupManager...
