Hello, my brother won a christmas giveaway of a minecon cape account a few years back. My brother was scammed for the account and he recently figured out that Coat was the OG owner. You can try adding it, but I don't think so. Its either got to be a visa debit, or mastercard debit.- Josh V.

PayPal Issue
I've had my paypal account since I was 16. All I did was link a debit card and it would send all my money straight to my bank. You don't need to send proof after you link a debit card.- Josh V.
