    Well if your hardware now supports a 2080ti then I'd see no problem in upgrading into the rtx3000 series of video cards. But If you're sitting on 6+ year old Motherboard, cpu, Ram, And don't have a 144hz monitor then that would probably affect the performance quite a bit with the new cards...
