This is my official Terms of Service. If you have less overall reputation than me or over two legitimate negative reputations, you will be going first. I have the right to deny your bid or offer should I deem you suspicious, based on your reputation and how other reputable members reference you in the community. If you have a negative reputation for scamming, a middleman will be required at your expense if you do not agree to go first, no exceptions. After a bid is placed, it is considered completely legitimate and final; there will be no backing out of an offer or bid. After you buy an account from me, it is no longer my problem what happens to it. I have the right to edit or make any changes to my Terms as I see fit at any point in time. If you agree to old Terms, you are bound to the version which you agreed with until you bid or offer on another one of my accounts, goods, or services. By bidding and making offers on my thread, you agree to my terms, regardless of whether or not you have read them. Ignorance is not an excuse. Breaking any of these outlined Terms will result in a scam report being opened against you, and likely a ban from MCM. Disagreeing will result in a Scam Report being opened against you.
