    Discord bots can send up to like 5 messages in 3 seconds time (at least on one channel) so you can't make good spam bot there =(

    I recommend these people. The servers are quite fast, but support is the most important here - it is fast and helpful. Because hosting is pretty new, there are still elements which need to be refined though.
