You gotta keep going at it with social media and then you'll eventually have 1 person who stays and doesn't care about many people playing, and then another will stay, and then another.... And then eventually you have a steady community that's able to gain new players.

Can you link the shorts? Are you having issues with player retention? Or is it overall no one is joining from the shorts? As that's surprising, especially if you're posting on TikTok.
no one is going to hire you if you don't put effort in putting any references of previous work... put a little bit of effort in. and don't say "well join the discord and create a ticket"... no one wants to do that. put it in your post.
