You have to take into account what those people with high ratings scammer FOR. The people with high ratings who got banned where because they did exit scams for a huge sum of money or items/accounts. I highly doubt a person with 500+ ratings is going to scam someone for 10$ or for a 10$ account.- Lietrax

It should be considered to an extent but not for purposes of fully trusting them; someone with high ratings on their account is potentially less likely to scam because they don't want their account banned.- Lietrax

If you got scammed its your own fault, and no one else's. You were naive enough to be scammed, and now you need to face the consequences. Instead of being sad about it, take it as a life lesson that you can apply to business transactions in the future.- Lietrax
