1. You are not allowed to chargeback an order for any reason.
2. You are not eligible for a refund unless I agree to it.
3. If you need major changes to the edit after the 5 day period, it will result in additional fees.
4. I am allowed to include the edit to my portfolio for my uses.
5. I will start working on the video after at least 50% of the payment has been sent.
6. You agree to pay for the paypal fees that are charged when paying me via Goods and services. The fixed fee will be 4%.
7. I am allowed to add/change terms whenever I feel necessary.
