how server owners can do a bit of a better job / or advertising managers
Some owners are new to advertising and don't really do their research. Sometimes if a new server owner hears a really good price for a channel that looks good, they hire the person impulsively and don't look into the channel. On the other hand, if an advertising manager hires a viewbotter, well...- MM

Installing an SSD
look at this article https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/ssd-not-showing-up.html I think the issue might be that you have not initialized the ssd. I remember when I first got my ssd, I had to go into disk management and initialize the ssd. I had the exact same ssd that you have.- MM
