As soon as a domain is registered, the respective trademark owners start distributing fucks. Especially if you try to sell it back to them or are profitting at all off of the domain
I'd rate myself a competent Javascript and Python developer (Flask, THREE.js and jQuery are what I most specialize in) and would be glad to show work to prove my self-rating.
What about it? They have the word spigot trademarked. http://prntscr.com/jxamsh
commercially using such a domain is illegal under The Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act
I'm not sure they'd bother going to court if you just register it but if you're selling it they might have an initiative. I don't know how big their legal team is or if it exists at all but I was in the same situation with cubecraft and was rightfully threatened to be sued.
http://prntscr.com/jxa684 Spigot is trademarked. Using any of these domains in any commercial use like redirecting them or making a new site named spigot can get you in court with Spigot, Inc.
Oh BTW buying and selling domains like that is illegal and can get you in court with skycade. They can just demand you transfer the domain for free or they'll take you to court and they'd have a solid case.
That is legitimately good! I really like the creeper! I'd value the first one at about $35
PS. The detail in the wood is outstanding. I've seen much better artists unable to put such realism into wood.
