Flying mounts: Mounts can be marked as flyable. A short Shift tap takes off. Flight direction follows the camera pitch — look up to ascend, straight ahead to glide level, look down to descend. Stamina drains while airborne; when empty, the mount drops rapidly.

Stamina Gate: Players cannot mount if their stamina is below a configurable threshold (default: 80%)
