    I don't know if selling account is legal or not, regardless of the company's TOS, but it's definitely shady. That being said, I disagree that it's moraly wrong. You payed for it, just as any other good, the fact that you used it doesn't usually mean you can't sell something and I don't beleive...

    I agree that those kind of TOS make no sense, the solution is simple though, don't deal with people with unreasonable TOS. If you do that, its just a matter of time before they stop using unreasonable TOS.

    It depends on you. If you have enough time, are capable of learning and doing complex tasks, and are really passionate about it, it is. Otherwise, its not. Unless you are very determined to make it work, don't do it. You'll just end up loosing a lot of time and probably not even release, since...
