    Personally, the definition should be simple, not that in depth, as many may alter it to fit their needs. However, this post indicates that "vouches" are a good way to see who is reputable, and that is incorrect. Many incidents in the past can back this up.

    Good hosting?

    In my opinion, don't go with these "hosts" out there. I'd rather prefer to purchase a cheap VPS, or dedicated server to host it, and continually upgrade it as you go. You'll be more safe, as you manage it yourself (Obviously if you know how to manage a dedicated server, and prevent from threats...

    I personally dislike any Aussie servers, are they are incredibly laggy. I live in South East Asia, and my ping to these servers are around 300-400 ms, imagine users who want to join that live in America.
