I think they only have a UK and US number. Other than that I don't think you can call them unless you do an international call which might cost you a bit.- oven

Like Clown said before your best bet is to call paypal and resolve it that way. Same thing happened to me where I was scammed 750 and the chargeback resolution date would just keep extending. Calling them and resolving the situation directly got me my money back in 24h.- oven
