    I see what you're saying, but there could be a reason to have them banned. I don't know if "scamming" is the term or how frowned upon decompiling other's stuff is, but to me, that's justified to make sure they don't work with other people.

    In your shoes, I'd definitely reach out to your bank about it. PayPal will probably punish you for it, but if the $80 is something crucial... I mean just weigh out your pros and cons in the situation.
