    I was personally scammed by someone with 47 rep, so I only say that as that is my personal bare minimum for a middleman, although I understand that other people are OK with someone not quite as reputable.

    I wouldn't start a middleman service without at least 50-60 rep, as if you do you won't get any clients or requests. I don't have a whole lot of rep, but in my opinion I would just keep using the site, offering services/vouch copies, and being friendly to other users.
