WAYS TO IMPROVE FPS!

Is there any actual ways to improve my fps in minecraft. Mostly just for potpvp. Here are my specs (Pretty Shit): Processor: AMD A9-9400 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C +3G 2.40GHz Installed Ram: 8.00 (7.39 GB usable) Would really help if you could include ways that helped yourself. Thanks. Regy
