- You must be 16 years or older to purchase my services

- If you are under the age of 18, your parent(s) or guardian(s) consent is required

- All payments must be made up front and in full payment

- The only accepted payment methods are through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Google Wallet.

- PayPal payments must be paid through Friends & Family

- The due date can not be less than 5 business days

- I reserve the right to take weekends off

- I reserve the right to deny services to anyone without providing a reason

- I reserve the right to cancel any service at any point after the payment has been refunded

- I reserve the right to post the services I create as a paid/sold product unless both parties agree to keep product private

- I am no longer responsible for any services once they are in your possession

- All services I provide must remain unedited, and never be decompiled, nor are you allowed to claim any as my services as your own work

- I am not required to update, provide support, or maintain any services

- I reserve the right to withhold a service until one month post-payment if I feel such action will be necessary as long as I inform you before or by two weeks post-payment

- I reserve the right to deny payment from Business Level accounts via PayPal

- I reserve the right to obfuscate code for my own protection

- I reserve the right to deny services to those who have a reputation I deem as 'under-qualified'

- I reserve the right to modify/change these terms without any notice, at any time and for any reason
