1. You are not allowed to open a dispute or chargeback on any payment under any circumstances.
2. We are only responsible for providing joins (members) to your server based on the number you ordered for. We are not accountable for any of the actions of these members after they are added to your server.
3. You are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances once the product has been delivered.
4. If users leave your server after they are joined to it, we are not responsible and will not provide you with either compensations or refunds.
5. Any technical issues on your end such as anti-raid systems or moderation will be your responsibility to fix before ordering. We will not provide refunds nor compensate for the lost members due to technical issues on your end.
6. You agree to these Terms of Service when you purchase an order from us.
