AltairPluginHide - Fixed Permissions
I forgot to change something when copying the permissions over to plugin.yml. Also realized I didn't need to handle permissions in the onCommand part of AltairPluginHide.java since plugin.yml handles it automatically.- RikkaChunibyo

AltairPluginHide v1.1
Blocks a customizable list of commands as well as their tab completions. Supports wildcards and custom messages with placeholders. Permission for bypass is 'altairpluginhide.seeplugins'.
